This is a great alternative to lowering the asking price by $10,000 or $20,000 and looks more appealing to buyers, while only losing $1,000-$5,000.
With the real estate market in the current state that it is, it is always helpful for a seller to hear some tips on selling their property. These may or may not be suitable for your current situation but they can definitely offer you an edge, especially in a tough market.
